Gemeem Davis, Co-Producer
Gemeem Davis is an African American Filmmaker born in Bridgeport, CT. She received a Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Filmmaking from Pratt Institute where she received the coveted award for Outstanding Merit in Film. Her thesis film, SEVEN was selected by a panel of professional filmmakers and premiered at The Manhattan Center. She has worked on several Independent documentaries and video projects including The Danny Williams Story and The Federation of Black Cowboys. She also sat on the Screening Committee for the GenArt Film Festival in 2003 and 2004.
